Return Policy

At ftkcla, we want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your bracelet, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are accepted within a specific timeframe from the date of delivery (standardly 30 days, unless otherwise communicated).

Initiating a Return To start a return, you must first contact us at service@ftkcla.com. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to the address on the original shipping package without contacting us first. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your package.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Costs for Returns Unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
